Dr. Pai’s career spans over a decade in Investment Banking, specializing in Derivatives, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Valuation. His tenure includes notable positions at Deutsche Bank (London) and J.P. Morgan, where he led the transition of Derivative settlements. Currently, he actively contributes to course development and Industry outreach programs for numerous corporate entities and educational institutions.His clientele includes ADCB, NBF, Aster Group, Pentair, MDC Pharma, HSBC, ADNOC, Government officials of Kenya, South Africa, Indonesia and Malaysia.
